We have been with rutherfords for more than twenty years, employing them as a renting agency and also a sales agency, where they have had to deal with all the issues involved in acting as agent to an overseas landlord on a longterm lease.
We have been particularly delighted with the professionalism and helpfulness of Andrew Morris and Karen Morris, who both gave the impression that we were the most important clients they had, and that nothing was too much for them to deal with. All our business was conducted super efficiently and in a very personal and friendly manner.
